How will I receive the patterns I ordered?
If you decide to order patterns from me they will be a 'Paper Patterns'.
My patterns are printed and posted to you in the mail. I post almost everyday, so if you purchase a pattern before lunch time, it will generally be posted via Australia Post (Airmail to countries outside Australia) on the same day.
I will be eventually adding some 'PDF Patterns' they are a digital file which will be emailed to you within 24 hours of receiving your payment. You can then print it out and start sewing straight away.
Each listing will clearly state if its a PDF pattern.
The copyright of my patterns is owned by me (Paula Storm Designs).
You are welcome to copy the pattern for your own personal use only! Please do not copy the pattern to give to your friends or to sell. You are welcome to share your purchased copies with friends, but please do not make them copies!
You are welcome to make items from my patterns for friends, you may also make items to sell in small quantities for a profit. Please give Paula Storm Designs credit as the designer of your items if you are selling them online. No Mass production is allowed! All items must be made in your home by one person.
Thank You for respecting my rights as a designer and for helping me feed my children, I've got lots of them ;)
Can I sell items I've made from your patterns?
I try my hardest to make sure my patterns are easy to understand, easy to follow and of a high quality. They have all been made and tested before I publish my patterns.
All my pattern templates are designed on the computer, so they are of a very high quality. I am always happy to help, so please feel free to email me if you are having trouble with any of my designs.
How do I know all the patterns here are actually good?
Please see the answer above, it applies to tutorials as well.
Can I use your tutorials to sell items?
How do I contact you with a question?
If you are having troubles or just want to show me your finished project, please send me an email! I'm online almost everyday so I will try and get back to you as soon as is humanly possible. My email address is: email@example.com I am also regularly checking my Facebook page, so message me on facebook for a quick reply.
Do you have a retail store I can come to?
I don't have a retail shop, however I do work a few days a week at a local patchwork shop. The shop is called My Patch Fabrics. We are located at 42 Wason St, Milton in NSW Australia. I regularly teach workshops at Milton and most of my patterns are available from the shop.
